The year 2023 has presented numerous challenges in the e-scooters and motorcycle industry, marked by fluctuations and difficulties that we cannot avoid. Nevertheless, I am proud to announce that, with an unwavering spirit of innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement, DETECH Motor has steered our ship confidently through these storms of challenges—not only to survive but to thrive. Our products, especially the ESPERO brand, continue to garner trust and support from both dealers and customers.
One of the most significant events of the past year was the Customer Conference in Hung Yen and Phu Quoc. The enthusiastic participation of dealers from all regions nationwide created a vibrant and meaningful atmosphere. Together, we talked about challenges, and collectively affirmed DETECH Motor's position in the e-scooters and motorcycle industry.
We discussed new strategies, set common goals to enhance products and service quality, and expand the consumer market. This trust and unity are the keys to achieving success and the driving force that will help us overcome any challenges in the future.
